- I want to use your products outsite Second Life, is that possible?
I cannot download the psd file.
Im getting this error on the site:
'The file you requested does not exist.
Do not delete your copy of the download object and contact the vendor as soon as possible.'
This is probably caused by trying to download the url from SL Media browser, which is not possible. Please change in your preferences media browser to external webbrowser.
Go to edit -> preferences -> web
Choose: Use external webbrowser.
Then please click the cYo downloader again. Now, when you click ‘go to page’ your webbrowser opens and will download the psd-file.
When you use Viewer2:
Go to Me -> Preferences -> Set-up
Choose at tab web: Use my browser (IE, Firefox, Safari)
If you still experience problems with downloading please contact Vernes Veranes for customer support, you can send him an IM or a notecard.
I have messed up my psd-file, can you send me a new one?
There is no need for that. When you have messed up your psd-file just rezz the cYo downloader again and click it. You will get the link where you can download the psd-file once more.
Can I use Paint Shop Pro to work with the psd file?
Yes. PSP supports psd files.
File -> Open -> select .psd from the dropdown file type.
When I look from a large distance some scupties loose their form. Is there anything I can do about that?
We do our best to make the sculpties with the best LOD (level of detail) possible. But sometimes you have to choose between less prims or better LOD. Then we choose for the less prims.
The answer to this question is yes and no.
Yes. If you want to see all of your sculpties in the highest level of detail, you can change your settings, you do this in the advanced menu. (You can activate the advance menu by pushing ctrl+alt+d; for mac: opt+ctrl+d).
In the advance menu you choose "debug settings", a little window will pop-up. In this window you type "rendervolumeLODFactor", now a value-selection button will pop-up. Change the number to 4. This will keep all your sculpties in good shape.
No. Though resetting the LOD Factor will work for you, other residents that did not reset their LOD factor will still see the sculpties loose their form when they look at them from a far distance.
I want to use your products outsite Second Life, is that possible?
It is not impossible. Though the current license for our products is only valid for the use of the products in Second Life, you can contact Madeliefste Oh to buy an aditional license for other grids.
